we will send an offer, that contains a picture and a decription of the room/ apartment, the neighbourhood and the price.

Notice: Bedsheet, towels, heating, water, energy are included in the indicated price.
For use of the kitchen or washing machine you have to talk with your landlord.
Most our customers meet friends or their families in Berlin, or they eat with collegues and don't wish a breakfast: So also breakfast is not included in the price.

We will answer every requirement in short terms, even on weekends.
